- Production begins only after payment (where required) and final artwork approval.
- Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, or import charges imposed by their country.
5. Customer Artwork & Intellectual Property
Customers retain ownership of the artwork and designs they submit.
By providing artwork or other materials, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions.
- The submitted materials do not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights.
Rigid Packaging Boxes is not responsible for any claims arising from customer-submitted content.
We reserve the right to refuse any order containing unlawful, offensive, or infringing material.
6. Proof Approval
Digital proofs are provided for customer review before production.
It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and approve all proofs, including:
- Spelling
- Grammar
- Dimensions
- Layout
- Colors
- Bleed and safe areas
- Product specifications
Once production begins after approval, Rigid Packaging Boxes is not responsible for errors that appeared on the approved proof.
7. Printing & Color Variations
Due to differences in printing processes, materials, inks, monitors, and lighting conditions, slight color variations may occur.
Minor variations in color, texture, finish, and positioning are considered normal within industry manufacturing tolerances and do not qualify as defects.
8. Production & Delivery
Estimated production and delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
Rigid Packaging Boxes is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs inspections
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Supply chain disruptions
- Other events beyond our reasonable control
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
9. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before production begins.
Once artwork has been approved and production has started, cancellation requests may be denied or subject to charges covering:

- Setup costs

- Production expenses already incurred
Custom design services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Because all products are custom manufactured, returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
