Refund and Returns Policy

At Rigid Packaging Boxes, every order is manufactured according to the customer’s unique specifications. Because our products are custom-made, returns and refunds are subject to the terms outlined below.

Customized Products

All packaging products are produced based on the artwork, dimensions, materials, finishes, and specifications approved by the customer before production begins. As a result, customized products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective, damaged, or do not match the approved order specifications.

Reporting an Issue

If you believe your order is defective, damaged during manufacturing, or does not meet the approved specifications, you must notify us within 3 business days of receiving your shipment.

To help us investigate your claim, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the defect or discrepancy
  • Any other supporting information requested by our team

Claims submitted after the 3-business-day period may not be eligible for review.

Review Process

Our quality assurance team will carefully evaluate your claim. If we determine that the issue resulted from an error on the part of Rigid Packaging Boxes, we will, at our discretion:

  • Reprint the affected order at no additional cost, or
  • Offer an appropriate refund if a reprint is not feasible.

The decision will be made after reviewing the submitted evidence and inspecting the order, where applicable.

Return of Products

If a return is required for inspection or reprinting, customers must return the complete order within 7 business days of receiving return instructions.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returned items should include all requested documentation and be securely packaged to prevent additional damage during transit.

Customer Errors

We are unable to offer refunds or free reprints for issues resulting from customer-approved specifications, including but not limited to:

  • Approved artwork containing spelling, grammatical, or design errors
  • Incorrect dimensions or specifications supplied by the customer
  • Color variations within standard industry printing tolerances
  • Changes requested after production has begun

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs and order details before providing final approval.

Refunds

If a refund is approved due to a customer-requested cancellation after production has started or for other circumstances not caused by Rigid Packaging Boxes, any eligible refund may be subject to deductions for:

  • Design and setup costs
  • Production costs already incurred
  • Shipping charges
  • Any other applicable administrative expenses

Refunds will only be processed after the returned products have been received and inspected, where applicable.

Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. We are committed to resolving genuine concerns promptly and fairly. Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may delay or affect the resolution process.
